This beautiful 3 bed, 2.5 bath property with fenced back yard is only 13 minutes to City Center, 6 minutes to Wake Tech, 16 minutes to NC state, and 22 minutes to RDU. Major shopping center just 5 minutes up the road. All pets must be disclosed in your booking message $75 each pet, limit of two pets.

Arrive by car and have enough space to comfortably park two cars in the well lit driveway. The front door has a smart lock for easy, contactless check-in. The living room is straight ahead with plush reclining sofa and loveseat, and new 55in smart TV. Rear living room door takes you out to the new back deck with gas grill and patio furniture for entertaining. The modern kitchen is immediately to the left upon entering the home and is complete with the new stainless steel appliances. The spacious dining area is open to the living room and kitchen and perfect to enjoy any gathering. The stairs leading to the three bedrooms is to the immediate right when you step though the front door. The master bedroom with King bed and view in to the backyard is the room straight ahead at the end of the staircase. The bedroom immediately to the left has one Queen bed and shares a bathroom with the bedroom next to it, that has two Twin beds. The laundry room is in the hallway on the first floor and has a new washer and dryer for your convenience. All windows are new and have blinds, screens, and are noise reducing to guarantee a relaxing stay while in the city.

Base nightly rate includes for 6 guests. Additional guests $20/pp/night. Private rental agreement and security deposit hold on credit card (like a hotel) are required.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
